This place is centrally located near lovely downtown, shopping centers, and restaurants, being very close to the city center.

My room was ecentric and very comfortable.

The hotel is pleasant with good Wi-Fi and a nice value. Really tasty breakfast for all tastes, thanks a lot. I will choose the place for future trips thanks to very central location.

It took me almost 30 mins to check-in the hotel. Also, it takes long time to check out. No efficiency, and no smile of staff, It is one of hotels which offer worst service in Poland.

Design of room

Servis - wi-fi dosn´t work - room,hall, bar, ... - we ordered sauna - after 10 min was out of service, personal was trying switch on, but they knew that it is out of order.

A standard king room with a balcony and a white bathroom is a great example of what you can expect here, with a competent and friendly staff that efficiently caters to all guests, just 5 km away from the airport.

Breakfast was a little bit overpriced for a buffet breakfast, but we did have the option of including it in our cost on booking through Booked.net and didn't take that.

Reception,(Specially the Ladies) are very friendly and helpful, free Internet, free Parking in front of the Hotel, very new building, very clean and designed rooms, good breakfast.Perfect location at the river, and walking distance to many Pubs and Restaurants around the Hotel.

The comforts of the standard twin room were fabulous - it had a mini fridge bar, climate control, and a personal safe. the staff at the hotel were professional and competent. - the ideal location was just a 10-15 minute walk from Opera Nova Conference Centre.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The staff didn't speak very good English, there was no gym and the beds were a bit too soft for our taste.
